At S’Eternals, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with precision and shipped with care. We are committed to delivering a seamless, secure experience—from our studio to your doorstep.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Courier Partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other premium logistics providers.
- Shipping Time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: Complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
- Packaging: All orders are delivered in discreet, tamper-proof luxury boxes, designed to protect and present your jewellery beautifully.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and select other countries via trusted global partners like DHL Express, FedEx, and Aramex.
- Delivery Time: 5–12 business days (varies by destination and customs processing).
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout. Complimentary shipping on orders above $500.
- Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, or other fees (if applicable) are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- Insurance: All international orders are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and high-value nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds.
However, we accept exchanges or credit notes under the following conditions:
- Initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Subject to inspection and approval.
To initiate an exchange, email us at support@seternals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Note: Customised, engraved, or bespoke pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.
