REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At S’Eternals, each piece is handcrafted with precision and care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a limited return option under the conditions below.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Return requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Requirement

To be eligible for a return, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed outer package to the opening of the jewellery box.

The video must:
• Be uninterrupted and without edits
• Clearly show the package seal
• Clearly display the product upon opening

Return requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn and undamaged
• All original packaging must be intact
• Original certificates, invoices, tags and authenticity cards must be included
• The product must pass our internal quality inspection

Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing, tampering, or damage will not qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Customised or made-to-order pieces
• Engraved jewellery
• Resized rings
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• International orders (if you choose to keep this clause)

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Please note:
• Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable
• Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only

In case the product does not meet return eligibility criteria, it will be shipped back to the customer.
